What kind of micro-movements will my body make if I just let it…?

 

Once I arrange myself in alignment with gravity, and gently watch my breath flow, what tiny movements occur without my instigating them?

And if I let my breath become fuller, easier, elongated, how does that impact on the quality and size of movements?

I check in again to see that these movements are impulsed purely by my body and the movement of my breath… and when I do that, what do I notice happening?

 

How can I allow more of these movements in more of my body?  What needs to happen to let them expand and extend their range?

Still with the movement being instigated by my breath and my tissue’s response….
