How does the quality of my Attention affect what’s happening in my body?

 

I’m letting my awareness settle in a particular part of my body (today it’s my neck, at the base, on the right where I’m aware of a slight tightness and lack of flow) ….  Can I let that Attention soften and it’s focus broaden in the way that a whole stage might be fully lit up, rather than a spotlight on just one part?

How does that affect the sensation in my neck?

Is it possible to let my Attention include the flow of my exhale through this area…   and what happens if it does?

And then from there, when I’m ready, how does including the entirety of my body in my Attention affect the sensory information I’m aware of in my neck?
