A series of 30 Invitations to listen to your Gurubody.

 

As I sit here today, what ripples out through my body when I take some time to feel Appreciation for every aspect of it?

 

Are the first sensations of ease or discomfort, and what effect does it have when I fully Appreciate their presence?

Right now there’s a tension in my right eye and forehead…   and when I just Appreciate the fact that it’s here it opens into a general tension through my jaw and the back of my skull…  today’s version of a familiar friend.  Laptop posture – ugh!

But with the superpower of Appreciation, I pick up the information it’s relaying and adjust my posture, let my breath move me a little more and ease slips back into the forefront.

And now where else is calling for Appreciation?

What gets to unfold and expand if I Appreciate it some…..   ?
