Where can I feel Softness in my body right now?
And what does my body need to let that Softness amplify and increase …. How can breath and gravity become my allies as I explore for greater softness?
Is there a difference between the front and the back of my body? Right now, the front has more areas of Softness …. what happens when I ask how those areas can communicate with the least soft parts of me?
I feel a belly softness which is asking the back of my head and neck to drop into the support available if I stop holding it up unnecessarily. A power-nap is called for! I need to lay this body down, right now, and come back to what I’ve been doing restored and with greater Softness.
No wait … as I allow the different parts of my body to communicate, the Softness in my belly informs the back of my head… the blood to my brain increases, more breath reaches up through my neck into my head… and a new alertness spreads through both body and mental processes.
